The building is a part of tourist complex and is situated to the sea beach in the south part of Sunny Beach resort. There are four shops with direct entrance from outside, and three apartments that are situated on the ground floor.
The connection with the hotel part of the complex is established on this level. For the convenience of the people, living in the apartments - they can use all the facilities of the hotel, such as restaurant, lobby bar, conference room, fitness, sauna, massage, coiffeur, open-air and indoor pool, doctor's office. The hotel is going to work throughout the whole year.
On the upper floors of the building are situated only apartments. There is an elevator next to the staircase.
The room floors are covered with terracotta. The bathrooms are totally equipped. There are air-condition in each apartment. There is a possibility for entire furniture, but it is extra paid, if ordered by client.
