   St. Nicola Apartment Complex, Varna, Bulgaria Minimize

The Complex is located 150 m from the sea in the Sv. Nicola Area of Varna, close to the renowned resort of Golden Sands.

Both blocks are built in a way that every flat has a panoramic view to the sea. The dining rooms and bedrooms of  the apartments orientated southwest.

A recreation zone with  spacious terrace, pool and sport facilities are going to be built between the blocks. The south part of the complex is a green zone area.

 

The complex will be completed on or before February 2007, and the standard of construction will be as follows:  

  • Construction-The construction of the buildings is concrete  and the height between the levels is 2,85 m;

  • Walls - The outside walls are bricks 25 cm dept, outside insulation material - 5 cm, finishing – tiles 60/40 cm.

          Inside walls in the bathrooms and toilets are tiles, the walls in

          the rest of the rooms are decorated with latex paint;

  • Ceiling - latex paint finished. The height of the rooms is 2,65 m;

  • Floors - laminated flooring in the bedrooms and dining rooms, terracotta tiles in the entrance, bathrooms, toilets and terraces. The staircases are finished with stone tiles;

  • Complex Entrances:

         - Pedestrian entrance with automatically closing door and locking mechanism;

         - Car park entrance to park spaces to each building  with automatically closing door;

         - Entrance double doors to the buildings 160/210 cm and corridor 430/480 cm   with metal and fire resistant automatically closing door  from which you have access to main staircase of the building, the lift and staircase to the parking;

         - Entrance high security doors to each apartment.

  • Windows - double glassed, wooden framed windows;

  • Facede - 60/40 tiles. Part of the facede is covered with panels 6 cm.The terraces of the apartments are metal frames. In front of the glassed parts of the bedrooms on the south part there  are green parts and flower beds. The sun protection roofs   with similar structure are going to be mounted in front of the windows of the kitchen units on the Southwest facade and in front of the glassed staircase;

  • Sanitary areas - plasterboard ceilings – 9 mm, terracotta tiles and sanitary fittings;  

  • Lifts - The lifts is 160/190 cm, 80 cm doors allowing easy access for  for disabled;

  • Ventilating - There is a individual ventilation system in every sanitary area and ventilating system in the parking and storage places;

  • Heating - Gas System and air-condition system to every flat. An air-conditioning can be installed at  additional cost;

  • Water pipes and sewage

         - Water pipes are from polypropylene and polyethylene materials

         - Sewage pipes are PVC;

  • Electrical installations- The buildings are supplied with electrical installations complying with  the high European standards;

  • Telecommunication and Internet.- There is a telephone in every room;

  • Cable TV- There is a cable TV in every room of a flat.
