The apartment buildings are located just of the main road from Kostenetz to Samkov a few hundred meters behind the first bus stop at the resort of Borovetz. Borovetz is the oldest ski resort in Bulgaria and is located in Rila Mountain, the highest in the Balkans, a few meters higher than mount Olymp in Greece. The resort is conveniently located close to the Sofia - Plovdiv motorway, on approximately an hour drive from the two cities and its international airports. The newly build Seqvoia Apartments Hotel is located on about a 1.5 km form the main center of the resort where all of the present lift stations are. There is a shuttle bus which the visitors can use, although taxi will not cost you a lot to pick you up and return you to the hotel as well. If you have come with a car there is free parking available. There is a ski storage and a small cafe on site, but for main meals and going out visitors in Seqvoia has to head for the center of the resort.

1st luxury building: On the ground floor you will find garages, ski closets, supermarket, reception with an office and maintenance warehouses. On every floor of the building there are 12 apartments and a room for a chambermaid. The apartments contain a living room, kitchen box, 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending), toilet and a bathroom. On the 3rd and 4th floors there are maisonettes (all together 4 in number), which contain a living room, kitchen box, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a toilet. All apartments have balconies and are fully furnished. The building is expected to be finished in August, 2006.

3rd luxury building: This building holds all public services that offers the complex: restaurant with traditional Bulgarian and European meals, Irish style pub, Spa and wellness center, Indoor pool, Ski wardrobes, medical and pharmacy shop, supermarket and shops, rent-a-car office. On every floor of the building there are 15 apartments and a room for a chambermaid. The apartments contain a living room, kitchen box, 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending), toilet and a bathroom. All apartments have balconies and are fully furnished. The building is expected to be finished in December, 2006.
