Sunny Beach
Sunny Beach is one of the largest and most developed property markets in Bulgaria. Set on a 12km golden sand beach, this resort has attracted hundreds of thousands to its blue waters and clear skies for decades.
Sunny Beach is the biggest and the sunniest Bulgarian resort, with the longest and the widest beach strip, with hotels spread along the beach and among the dunes.
The resort lies only 35 km north of the city of Bourgas, stretching along a beautiful semicircular bay facing east.
Closed to the north by the descending ridges of the Balkan Range, thus blending sea and mountain in perfect harmony. Lying to the south is the small peninsula on which the ancient town of Nessebar is located an architectural and historic monument of Bulgarian and world culture.
Accessibility is very good with regular boat and bus connections to the district centre of Bourgas and Varna - 95 km. Charter flights from and to the UK and Germany, Ireland & Scandinavia are operated to Bourgas.

Buying Process
When you decide on a property that you wish to purchase, a deposit is normally paid to reserve the property ( Normally around £500- £700) A Preliminary contract is drawn between you as a buyer and the owner of the property as a seller. You will need to sign the contract to proceed with the purchase.
Included in the contract is:
Personal details of buyer and seller (Names, addresses, passport numbers. The sale price of the property and details of any stage payments, please note that the sales price cannot change after the contract is signed.
Other clauses that arrange the obligations and responsibilities of the two parties and that are valid until signing the new holding deed for the property at the notary.
After signing the contract the first main deposit would be due to be paid within 14 days which off plan is typically 30% of the purchase price.
Stage payments are then made throughout the build term of the complex, and on completion a visit to Bulgaria would be necessary to sign the deeds in the notary office, for the property to be put into your name for you to become the legal owner of the real estate, and receive your title deeds.
