Apart Hotel “Panchev” is located in town of Byala. The form of the apartment building is chosen with set purpose – repetition to the sea motif “fishbone” what logically reminds for its locality. There is a good view to the coastal space as the town environment permit.

The building is designed with four floors and underground floor (parking lot and coffee house/bar). There are 5 apartments, 29 studios, 29 attic halls, 8 garages, 10 parking places. There is an outside parking lot for the costumers for maximum comfort.

The studios, one- and two-room apartments are located on every floor of the building. On the roof level is projected elliptic bar and the stairs protrude over the roof as a glass module.
