“The Sunrise Club” is in Ravda village and is one of the biggest holiday clubs at the Bulgarian coast. It is situated only 3 km South of Nessebar and 5 km south of the famous Sunny Beach. It spreads on an area of 992,492 sq. feet. All the buildings in the complex are designed in the typical Bulgarian Renessanc style and are with two to four floors.

“The Sunrise Club” is located on a hill, 450 meters from the coastline, in an exclusively quiet and preserved area. The region is ecologically clean and kept from urbanization. The holiday club has its own micro infrastructure: shopping center, several swimming pools and nursery. The outside environment offers a lawn with bushes, trees and flowers, garden lights, decorative fence, outdoor swimming pool and children's area. We provide 24/7 security and a porter, with maintenance of the apartments and the green areas.

The first stage represents 9 buildings with total of 192 flats that are to be completed in April 2006. Flat sizes vary from 30 sq m to 90 sq m.
The complex will comprise of total of 950 apartments that are to be completed in 2007.

Next to the club there is an ancient Thracian tomb, similar to the one where the famous gold burial mask of the Thracian king, Teres, was found. There are also lots of monuments and architectural reserves, such as the ancient Byzantine churches and 18th century architectural sites.

The ancient town Pomorie, with its mud baths found in the Roman Era, also offers health balneotherapy as a relaxation procedures.

Ravda resort on the Black Sea is located 20 miles north of Bourgas and Bourgas International Airport. Sunny Beach is in 1.5 mile north and the town of Nessebar is 2 miles south. It is a place with a great potential and preferred destination for those who do not enjoy the noisy big resorts such as Sunny Beach and would go for relaxing time on a no so overcrowded beaches. An architectural reserve with lots of monuments, Byzantine churches and XVIII century architectural sites. It is about 20 minutes drive form the Bourgas airport and the road and infrastructure is in a very good condition. The nature is unspoilt and the beaches are among the best in Europe.
