The warranty is valid when there is an invoice and original warranty card. The warranty is only for the articles from wood material. For the rest of the parts the warranty is given acording  to the their production warranty indexes. The warranty is not valid in cases when the consumer  does not follow the instructions for the exploitation and maintenance of the house.
